  • ½ pound pasta (preferably fusilli or penne)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • ½ medium red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • ½ cup feta cheese diced
  • ¼ cup basil fresh leaves, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste



  • Cook the pasta as per the instructions on the package until it is al dente. Drain and then rinse under cold water to halt the cooking.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and basil in a large bowl.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette dressing.
