The Best Paleo Salad Dressing

The Best Paleo Salad Dressing In A Mason Jar

The Best Paleo Salad Dressing. Don’t ruin your nutrient-rich salad with a chemical-laden salad dressing! I often see people filling up their plates with all these beautiful vegetables only to douse them all in artificial flavors and harmful ingredients. Most salad dressings are made from soybean oil, canola oil, and MSG (a flavor enhancer), and some even have high fructose corn syrup in them. Salad dressings can be deceiving because, after all, you ARE eating a plate full of veggies. Don’t be deceived. ALWAYS read the ingredients.

After much searching, I think I’ve found the perfect Paleo Salad Dressing. Seriously. This stuff is addicting. I’ve always got a bottle of this in my fridge, and I never get tired of it. The Paleo Salad Dressing ingredients are simple, and the instructions are even more so!

Add one cup of organic extra virgin olive oil to a mason jar. I have even used Avocado Oil before.

Mix in ⅓ cup Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. You can use other apple cider vinegar, but the raw kind with “the mother” in it has way too many health benefits to pass up.

Next, add 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard. I’ve used brown mustard before too. Add 3 pressed garlic cloves to the liquid mixture. I even throw in the parts that don’t quite get through the garlic press. Looks a little chunky at the bottom of the jar, but adds extra flavor. Add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. I’ve experimented with the herbs and have used dried basil or oregano, and it still turns out great. The final ingredient is 1½ teaspoons of sea salt.

Shake the Mason jar well after covering it with the lid. Store in the fridge. For paleo salad dressing on the go, use these little containers. Great for lunch boxes or eating out. “Hold the dressing, please. I’ve got my own!”
