Carrot cabbage salad originates from Ireland. The salad ingredients are cabbage (can use red cabbage), carrots and onions, mixed with a sauce that’s made from yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chives vegetables.
This carrot cabbage salad is an easy dish you can make and is very fit when eaten with oily meat dishes. The bitter and spicy sauce mingled with the crisp, cool sweetness of the cabbage will help you wipe away the boredom of the dishes containing too much protein. Add to that, vegetables are always a tonic for your skin. In just 15 minutes, with simple ingredients, you already have a delicious salad!
