  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 large egg hard-boiled, sliced
  • ½ cup onions chopped
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Creamy Italian Dressing:

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
