Give me all the avocado Greek yogurt salad dressing.
Itโs deliciously creamy but light and summery in the best way. This is my current favorite salad dressing for its beautiful green hue, almost as much as its flavor and consistency.
The Avocado Greek Yogurt is super easy to throw together, and Iโve been using it to dress just about every salad I eat. Which, in the summer, is a lot of salads.
If youโre not feeling a salad, I bet you could make it a little thicker and use it as a spread on a sandwich or wrap. Or as a sauce for tacos. Whoโs never not feeling a taco?
But letโs put tacos on hold for the moment and talk about the ingredients. There are three of them. Three! I donโt count salt, pepper, or water because, obviously. Really, I donโt know if you can call this a recipe. Itโs so easy.
There are a few methods for making avocado Greek yogurt salad dressing. If youโre like me, you go way out of your way to use as few dishes as possible. Even if, in the long haul, it means more work. If you go that route, you can use a fork to mash the avocado and mix it all together. If you want to ensure the smoothest dressing possible, go ahead and break out your blender or immersion blender.
The avocado Greek yogurt salad dressing recipe doesnโt make a huge amount of dressing, so double/triple/whatever you need to do to feed your tribe.
Once youโve made the basic dressing, you can dress it up (pun intended) any way you like. I like it with lemon pepper seasoning ground in, but you do you.
But enough rambling. Letโs keep this post short and simple, like this recipe. So here ya go: avocado Greek yogurt salad dressing!
