- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of tahini
- Sea salt, to taste
- Add all of the dressing ingredients into your blender or food processor and pulse until velvety and smooth.
- The dressing must be thick; however, if the appearance is not thick, add a little water. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons and add gradually if you need to.
