Notes
Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight jar or container for up to 7 days. Give it a quick whisk or shake before serving as the honey may cause thickening when cold. Freezing: Not recommended โ the mayonnaise will break and separate upon thawing. Make-Ahead: This dressing actually improves after a few hours in the fridge as the flavours meld. Make it the morning of or the night before you need it. Substitutions: Use avocado oil mayo or vegan mayo for a dairy-free and egg-free version. Replace honey with maple syrup for a strictly vegan dressing (the flavour will be slightly less floral). Swap mayo for full-fat Greek yogurt for a tangier, lighter dressing. Pro Tip: Skip the bowl โ add all ingredients to a jar with a tight-fitting lid, seal, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. You get a perfectly emulsified dressing with almost zero cleanup. Serving Suggestions: Drizzle over green salads, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables. Also works wonderfully as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders, cruditรฉs, or as a sandwich spread.
