I love having impromptu salads at home so having a salad dressing stored in the fridge is a must! My favourite one to make is lemon vinaigrette. It’s easy to make and can be stored for a while in the fridge! It’s perfect when I don’t have much time to prepare my meals!
Lemon vinaigrette is a good salad dressing you can consider adding to your veggie salads. It's easy to make and doesn't require many ingredients.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake.
- Drizzle over your favourite home salads.
