  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon parsley dried
  • ½ teaspoon dill dried
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper


  • Peel clove of garlic and mince to a paste using a food processor.
  • Season with salt.
  • Combine salted garlic paste with the remaining dressing ingredients, then whisk well.
  • Pop in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours for flavours to set.
  • Serve on top of your favourite homemade salad.
