Simple Poppy Seed Ranch Dressing

- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon parsley dried
- ½ teaspoon dill dried
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- Peel clove of garlic and mince to a paste using a food processor.
- Season with salt.
- Combine salted garlic paste with the remaining dressing ingredients, then whisk well.
- Pop in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours for flavours to set.
- Serve on top of your favourite homemade salad.
