Ingredients
- Pecan Ingredients
- 2 cups of raw pecans halves
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted (or canola/grapeseed oil)
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon of sea salt

- 8 ounces of chicken bust, boneless and also skinless
- ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 2 ounces of soft goat cheese, crumbled
- Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

- 1 teaspoon of honey
Instructions

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
