I went to the farmer’s market up in Park City a few weeks ago, where I was introduced to Pappardelle’s pasta. I was really surprised to see the different variety of pasta they have, and it’s a delight. I was totally delighted with the Pappardelle’s pasta salad I made out of the Calypso Blend. I will definitely be ordering other varieties of pasta through Pappardelle’s. Here’s a simple salad recipe that I tried with Pappardelle’s pasta.
