Pasta Salad With Mayonnaise and Tuna
I love pasta salad and tuna, so I thought, "why not combine them in my usual pasta salad?" So here goes my pasta salad with mayonnaise and tuna.
Ingredients
- 1–2 cups noodles boiled
- 1 can tuna free of oil
- 1 cup yellow corn boiled
- ½ cup tomatoes halved
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1–2 spoons olive oil
- 4–6 spoons mayonnaise homemade
- 1 spoon vinegar as desired
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta, drain and set aside as you prepare the sauce.
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon, vinegar, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Add onions and corn to the mixture with tuna and stir well.
- Add the mixture to the boiled noodles and mix the ingredients well.
