  • 2 cups young coconut (buko), shredded
  • 1 pack gelatin pandan-flavored
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 pack cream all-purpose
  • 1 cup tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup coconut gel (nata de coco)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pandan-flavored gelatin according to package instructions. Let it cool, and then cut into cubes.
  • Combine shredded young coconut, pandan gelatin cubes, tapioca pearls, nata de coco in a large bowl.
  • Add condensed milk and all-purpose cream. Mix well.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
