I love pasta salad and tuna, so I thought, "why not combine them in my usual pasta salad?" So here goes my pasta salad with mayonnaise and tuna.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1–2 cups noodles boiled
  • 1 can tuna free of oil
  • 1 cup yellow corn boiled
  • ½ cup tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1–2 spoons olive oil
  • 4–6 spoons mayonnaise homemade
  • 1 spoon vinegar as desired
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta, drain and set aside as you prepare the sauce.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon, vinegar, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl.
  • Add onions and corn to the mixture with tuna and stir well.
  • Add the mixture to the boiled noodles and mix the ingredients well.
