sliced

onion
chopped

garlic

balsamic vinegar

honey

tablespoon
spicy mustard

tablespoon
walnuts
chopped

pepper

cup
tomatoes
halved

Romaine lettuce
¼
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Add chicken to skillet.
After one minute, add garlic to the chicken.
Cook chicken until golden brown, stirring regularly.
Turn heat to low, then add the balsamic vinegar.
Stir for one minute and coat.
Add honey and mustard to the skillet.
Toss to coat, then turn off the heat completely.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Top romaine lettuce with the chicken mixture in a large bowl and add other veggies.
Freshly grate parmesan cheese over salad.
