Combine the dressing ingredients together, cover and chill for 2 hours or more. If you don’t have that time, that’s fine too. The longer the dressing sits, the better!
For the salad, layer the lettuce, strawberries, avocado, and corn kernels. Pour the chilled dressing over the salad and serve.

*Double dressing for 10-ounce of lettuce, I did.**To make this a main dish, add grilled chicken or fish (yum!!). You can also add a little Goats cheese, Gorgonzola or Blue cheese to make this salad even more delicious!
