This spicy garlic-flavoured salad dressing has got some kick to it that you'll love if you like your dressing to be spicy. Sometimes tangy won't cut it, so this dressing has been a go-to for me.
I placed my garlic, cilantro and jalapeno in a mini food processor and chopped them up fine. Added everything else and mixed well, scraping the sides a couple of times.
You will have extra lime juice left. If your consistency is too thick, add more lime juice or water. Do a bit at a time to get where you want to be. Season with salt and pepper.
Let the flavours blend for about 10 minutes before consuming.
