Instructions
Boil chicken breast in salted water over the stove for 20 minutes.
Let chicken cool and shred.
Place spinach in a large bowl.
Add sliced bell pepper, black beans, soybeans, pepitas, cheese and chicken.
Toss and top with barbecue sauce.
