Turmeric Mayo Ingredients

olive oil

lemon juice

mustard

ginger
ground

tablespoons
honey
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, put all ingredients except mayo.
Mix all olive oil, lemon juice, egg, and mustard to prepare mayo. Blend using an immersion blender.
Once the mayo base is prepared, add in honey, turmeric and ginger and blend in a food processor or using immersion blender until mixed well.
Add mayo to chicken and vegetables and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
You can put it into tacos and enjoy savouring them.
