For The Salad:

broccoli

grapes
sliced

cup
turkey bacon bits
cooked (or just crumbled bacon)

dried cranberries
(craisins)
¼
cup
slivered almonds
(or sunflower seeds)

stalk
green onion
finely chopped
For The Dressing:

cup
mayonnaise
½
cup
plain yogurt

tablespoon
maple syrup

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar

salt
to taste

to taste
Instructions
Tear the broccoli florets into small pieces. Discard the stalks (or chop them to blend into green smoothies. Or give to the rabbits in your backyard!)
Mix up the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the broccoli. Mix well.
Sprinkle over the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
