Instructions
Peel clove of garlic and mince to a paste using a food processor.
Season with salt.
Combine salted garlic paste with the remaining dressing ingredients, then whisk well.
Pop in the refrigerator to chill for a few hours for flavours to set.
Serve on top of your favourite homemade salad.
