This is important: Let this sit for at least an hour. The flavors need to blend and marinade. So go ahead and go to the gym, do your laundry, or better, Call your mom and express your gratitude to her! The longer you let it sit, the better it's going to taste.
Notes
The salad creates its own broth after it sits a while, and it tastes amazing. I actually drink it (judge me) or dip bread in it.Easy right? Use this recipe as a meal in itself or as a side dish paired with chicken or fish. It will leave you feeling pleasantly full with plenty of time to enjoy your day without being stuck in the kitchen.
