I love strawberries in salads so I always make salads with this fruit. And today, I'll be sharing this very simple strawberry spinach salad that I love making when I want as much nutrition as I can in a meal.

Instructions
Blend the 6 strawberries, lemon juice, olive oil, and honey until smooth.
Divide the remaining ingredients into 4 servings and top with dressing.
The extra dressing will store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
