This bacon and green bean salad is one of my favourites! It only has six ingredients, but it is packed with flavour! French string beans are loaded with fibre and vitamin A and have no saturated fat! This is a guilt-free salad packed with a punch.
Rinse cherry tomatoes and slice them in half, then set them aside.
Rinse string beans in cold water, then trim the stems.
Saute the string beans in a pan on low to medium heat with1 tsp of coconut oil until they begin to brown (If you prefer a softer string bean, blanch the string beans in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes).
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the string beans.
