Crab salad is my go-to summer salad! It tastes unlike any other salad and it's super healthy with all the fresh greens added to it. Here is a simple recipe you can make.
Cut the avocado into thin slices after removing the skin.
Open the crab and squeeze out the water.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Refrigerate for 30 to 45 minutes.

I recommend using organic ingredients when possible. This paleo crab salad also goes well with basil, oregano, garlic, onions, radicchio leaves, and red bell pepper. Mix and match ingredients to create new flavours and surprise your loved ones. Depending on your preferences, you can serve the crab and avocado slices over the greens or mix everything in a bowl.
