Tangy Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
What I love about this sesame ginger vinaigrette is that it is super easy to make and I can store it in the fridge for long!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ½ medium orange juiced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil toasted
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds toasted
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Combine the vinegar, orange juice, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking continuously. Add the remaining ingredients and continue whisking to combine.
