Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 medium lemon juice
- 1 medium lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon salt or more to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 tablespoons tahini whole-grain
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix finely chopped or pureed garlic cloves, juice and zest from a lemon, salt, pepper, maple syrup, cumin, tahini, water, and mix well until combined.
- Drizzle on top of your salad.
