Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium lemon juice
  • 1 medium lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 tablespoons tahini whole-grain
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix finely chopped or pureed garlic cloves, juice and zest from a lemon, salt, pepper, maple syrup, cumin, tahini, water, and mix well until combined.
  • Drizzle on top of your salad.
