Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 whole chicken boiled, deboned, chopped
  • 6 medium eggs boiled, chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sweet salad pickles οr pickle relish
  • 1 pinch salt tο taste
  • 1 pinch pepper tο taste
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Boil the chicken until the meat is tender. Then debone and chop into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix аll ingredients together well.
  • Serve over a bed of lettuce, or you can make this a salad filling.
