  • ½ cup olive oil extra virgin, or avocado oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey uncooked
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk to emulsify.
  • Add in any salad you have prepared.
