Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 1 medium avocado
  • ½ cup parsley fresh
  • ¾ cup green bell pepper
  • ½ medium lemon fresh
  • 2 cups cucumber diced

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel all of the vegetables before dicing them.
  • Now, chop all the ingredients into small sized cubes and put them into a large bowl.
  • Toss them a bit, followed by this add your choice of salad dressing.
  • Now toss the mixture well, and it is ready to be served.
